GP Spira Duct Pvt. Ltd. was incepted in the year 2000, as a promising manufacturer and supplier of various Ducting such as Round Spiral Ducts, Duct Fittings, Spiral Flat Oval Ducting, Plan Flat Oval Ducting, Rectangular Ducting, Textile Ducting, and Fabric Ducting. These products are widely used for the applications of HVAC, dust extraction, and wood farming in bridges.

Infrastructure

Our setup comprises three manufacturing units that are spread over 25,000 square meters each. These have suitable capacity to handle all the commercial as well as industrial Round Rigid Spiral, Flat Oval & Flexible duct work requirements. For this purpose, we own the following machines:

• 7 Spiral Machines
• 3 Plasma Cutters
• 4 Gore Lockers
• 3 Roll Form Machines
• 4 Button Locking Machines
• 2 Flat Oval Machines, etc.

Our company has the ability to fabricate any size of the spiral pipes and fittings up to 80 inch diameter and thickness of up to to 2 mm. We can also undertake Flat Oval duct work, to meet the specifications of our customers. The above mentioned range of machines also assists us in specializing in double wall spiral duct work.
